European Studies - Governance and Regulation
Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn
The Master of European Studies - Governance and Regulation is a one-year postgraduate program, offered by the University of Bonn at the Center for European Integration Studies (ZEI). Taught by ZEI professors and a flying faculty of renowned experts from all over the EU, you will be a part of an international group of students with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
The development of the EU has increased the need for comprehensive expertise in European affairs as well as in the sources and effects of integration at all levels of government and in the private sector. Political decisions and legislative acts in the EU continuously generate new regulatory frameworks. The interplay of governance and regulation constitutes today's reality in the EU.
ZEI's master program is a research-based response to this development. It enables European and non-European young professionals to understand the interplay between political, legal and economic aspects in the EU and the EU's relations with other parts of the world. It prepares students for an international career in EU institutions, international organisations, national administrations, NGOs and global companies.

The range of organizations and companies that recruit ZEI graduates is far reaching.
