The Master of Employment Law is a synergy study between law, human resources, and management. The programme aims to specialise both lawyers and professionals in employment and human resource matters. In order to best deal with these corporate legal concerns, the Masters programme offers a wide selection of courses.
Among others, you learn about recruitment strategies, discrimination in employment, European Union law on employment and professions, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategies. At some universities students can choose and specialise further in the field of study.
Usually the Masters programme in Employment Law lasts one to two year and will entitle you with the academic title Master of Law.
Conceptualized with lectures, live exercises and cases, and simulations, the full-time course offers a rather practical education. The programme is usually open to non-law graduates, too. However, we advise you to contact your university directly to learn about application deadlines and local entry requirements.
